My office room Make-Over

I decided to redo my office room in Bubu.com, since I felt that the previous space seemed so bland. A good friend of mine, Ridjal Badri,who is an architect/interior designer and a painter came to the rescue. He redesigned my office room with a pair of Louis 16th inspired white couches and mixed it with some modern touches here and there. My favorite is the grey wall with the black framed paintings and photographies. Here, I took a picture with me wearing Limaran’s batik that was cut and made into a short blouse combined with matching bordeaux’s chiffon sewn by Yani Soemali. The Limaran batik shawl is a matching piece to the blouse. This is one of my favorite Limaran batik, I love the color and it has beautiful salmon pink flower embroideries on it.

What I wore: Limaran batik blouse sewn by Yani Soemali, Jeans by Levis, Vintage Necklace with silver elephant from India, Nude suede pumps by Charles David, Snake ring by Kenneth Jay Lane, red leather bracelet by Hermes, skull and pyramid bracelets by Tom Binns, Bordeaux batik shawl by Limaran.

The grey wall: the middle is a framed black and white antique batik. Other are paintings made by my daughters and Ridjal Badri’s sketches and also some of my black and white photographies.
